His career was going downhill until you guys rescued him from Spurs. Gyans a top player anyway who actually works for the team. Granted his all round game isn't the greatest, but as an out-and-out proven premier league goalscorer there aren't many better. That said, the money is insane.
Anyway, the two faced cunt is gone and we have a huge sack of cash to find a replacement, that won't happen until the next transfer window though. He really shafted the only supporters that idolised him since his Charlton days.
