Anyway thought we played ok tonight, didn't expect much from the game, but Danny Collins backing off cost us again, and we probably needed to try and pressure the ball a bit higher up the field but oh well, at least we weren't battered like we have been previously at Old Trafford.

Well there it is, we are 100% out of the title race now, pretty sure we'll lose to FC Copenhagen playing like this too. Our season looks done, we might not even be playing in the Champions league next season, it will be a fight for the top 4.

This definitely coincided with Wilkins being sacked, so you can blame the directors. At the same time you can also blame the players, they just don't seem to want to play with each other or look where they are passing. How much of it is Ancelottis fault? Hard to say, he's probably the least to blame. It's hard to really know what's going on.
I think they'll keep him until next year at least, purely in hope that he can help us win the champions league, but if they were to sack him I know for sure the fans wouldn't miss him like we miss Mourinho or Hiddink, he hasn't endeared himself to us the way those two did.
