Once In Manhattan I was driving down 2 ave at around 1 am. At 112 street I saw three kids aprox. ages 8 - 6 and 3 ( toddler ) years old, I slowed down and looked for a nearby adult and didn't see one for sevral 100 yards. This was before Cell Phones. I just kept driving. "Natural Selection" and all etc. etc.. Happens all the Time.
