I guess I'd probably feel offended if I was actually like that. As it is I'm not, so continue.Uzique wrote:

yes. right.
now stop making a mountain out of a molehill and continue our national pastime of high-alcohol consumption
people dramatizing addiction and drug-use are fucking gay. fuck yourself up properly or stop being such a tragedian.

I was taking the piss Mr Zeek. The way I look at it is, I've turned 18 this year so it's kinda expected, and it's fucking summer so it's pretty much law to have a beer in your hand all the time.
That said, I'm still spending to much on alcohol when I do not get paid alot.

I for one enjoy being a tragedian.
Woe is me, for my consumption of copious amounts of alcohol and penchant for indulging in a cornucopia of drugs is corrupting my mind and retarding my emotional wellbeing. This indulgence in bacchanalian delights and dionysian excess has damaged my soul and only led to ephemeral bouts of sanity.
Woe. Woe for the cursed soul.

i like having double-perspectives on alcohol. having sat on both sides of the drugs fence.
it really is funny, in an analytical and observatory kinda way, how alcohol is 'cool' and there are certain social stigmas and 'expectations'
there's a thin line between abusing a socially/culturally accepted drug on 'occasion', and actually fucking up your life and doing damage
i think alcohol and alcoholism is positively wonderful. if only we could share such friendliness towards our crackheads and smackheads.

"people in ny have a general idea of how to drive. one of the pedals goes forward the other one prevents you from dying"
£200-500 a month.
0.
Throw party, everyone else brings the liquor, have some left over, throw another party to get rid of the leftovers, wind up with more than you started, etc.

I always say I'm gonna spend £30 quid on a night but I usually end up going to £50-60 (if I have that much), thankfully I don't go out as much. Need more cheap booze to load up on.
Not so much anymore, used to drink almost every night when I was younger though, so I spent alot then.
The party days in a ski resort are over for me though.

I heard from someone that in the UK they're thinking of raising it to 65p per alcoholic unit to stop binge drinking.

depends on the month, holidays, and occasion.
On the average, $10 a month just for myself.

Spent $30 on a nice bottle of pinot tonight, drank about 2/3 of it.
