TEA: Lyons/Barrys ONLY.
Place tea-bag in 'mug and a half' size mug.
Fill 5/6 of the mug with boiling hot water FRESH from the kettle.
Let the tea brew naturally for ONE minute, no longer.
Stir the tea with a tea-spoon. Squeeze the side of the tea bag from all 4 angles just above the boiling water against the side of the mug.
Throw teabag across kitchen into sink.
Add 2.5 spoons of white sugar (or 2 for a normal size mug).
Stir for 10 seconds.
Fill the last 1/6 with milk so much so that the tea would still be a little to hot to slurp, so you gotta sip that shit yo.
Stir again.
Let settle while you go on a trek looking for the biscuits you know your mom has hid on you.
Challenge yourself to eat the enitire packet of McVities Choc. Digestive dunking every single one.
