You can get it for $26 in the US? After OP's recommendation I had a quick look online, but can't seem to find it for under 40GBP. Which admittedly is still Patron money, but the fact you can get it so cheap is annoying.
$26 is cheap, even for us \o/ Costco. Normally it's around $36-46 at a liquor store. Patron in 3x's as much and only slightly better. Cabo Wabo is also pretty good, and reasonably priced. You don't have to empty your wallet to enjoy good tequila.ghettoperson wrote:

I broke all the rules in this thread, bought a bottle of Jose Cuervo and drank it with fresh lime and lemonade (or a Sprite equivalent for you US folk).
Drank 2/3 of the bottle on Friday night, along with some Jager shots and I can't remember what else.
Woke up feeling kinda hungover but it went quickly.
Good drop, would drink again.

if you want nice cheap tequila try sauza, that shit is priced around cuervo level and taste almost up to patron level in terms of smoothness.

I know, that's why I bought Cuervo. There was no other options than those two. If I had been in a Dan Murphy's then I certainly would've gotten something better.

Yeah it wasn't that bad really, I've certainly had worse. Next time I'll probably go vodka though, the old faithful.
