In the USA when GTA:SA came out it was given an M rating or some shit I don't know how you do things. When they found out about the sex thing suddenly it was given an "AO" rating and most stores banned it until they released a version that completely disabled it. In GTA San Andreas you can kill cops, burgle houses, blow shit up, sell drugs, graffiti on walls, run down grandmas in a tank and that was all fine, until they found out you can do some hot coffee sex thing and suddenly the game is out of bounds and deserves a super bad classification.
