Get away from the pc, put something over your eyes and close them, try and get it as dark as possible for as long as possible. If you get any tablets take them now and hope ya Migraine done come on.

are your pupils really dilated or something? or just overly sensitive to light?

probably does mean you've got a nice migraine on its way. i'd get it checked out if it becomes a frequent thing. my mum's side of the family get frequent migraines, and some of those badboys come in a brand that you don't want to fuck with.

I went through my 'pubic' years wasting half my life dying with migraines, 3 days at a time, once a week. Wrecked my social, school and other parts of my life. I dont wish them on the few people I hate the most. I pray to god Mollie wont inherit them, my oldest Sister, Myself and one of her twins have/are suffering from them. I grew out of them the same way as I grew into them, Doc's couldnt stop them happening.
