I posted this on the ea forum to get an official comment, but i thought i would post it here as well to see what you all believe.
Do to a recent issue that arose, i was looking for an official comment of exactly how the voting system works. The reason for this request is that there seems to be a couple lines of thought as to how it actually works.
Belief 1: When it says it needs "N" number of votes it means it needs "N" number of "YES" votes to be successful.
Belief 2: When it says it needs "N" number of votes it means it needs "N" number of votes to be consider a legit vote and then the majority of the "N" votes decides the outcome.
I recognize that this might not be the best explanation of the beliefs of how the voting system works, but I hope it does its job and we can get some type of affirmative response. THX
