I just installed this game, and first impressions, this game is GORGEOUS. The best looking game I have ever played. Period. I'm just blown away by the graphics.. I'll shut up now and let you oggle at some screenshots.

Yeah. That's it maxed out. Looks amazing doesn't it? Only one problem, I only get maximum of 20 frames/second when I use those settings. On average it's about 12-15. Weirdly still playable though.

Anyone else playing this?

I read it´s pretty good, not as open world as stalker, more tube like like CoD, but greatly staged and with a gripping story line.

I´m a wuss though, so I won´t play it. I hate scary games

Played a few hours. Rented for sexbox. Great game. Srsly, has a very tense, system shock feel to it. (srsly, not AS tense, but still captures a certain... spine tingling sensation with the lurkers, monsters and the scarse ammo)

The cannibalised guns are all a laugh too. Would purchase but I've spent like $500 on shit this week so yeah...

Brilliant atmosphere. The screenshots don't do it justice. The audio is also fucking epic, as are the animations. Am enjoying it.

Edit:

Holy shit. It is as tense as Sysshock2 was. If not more. Pant-shittingly freaky on the higher difficulties. You go outside and end up creeping around peering over your shoulder constantly.

For example, you're walking in a dark alleyway and you're AI partner says watch out for the broken glass and the tripwires, it will set them of, it really does and you see them coming you're way. or when you turn of you're flashlight and stay int he dark area's you can get allot closer and use you're knife.

The AI is not bad but many events need to be triggered.

The monsters are great to sneak around and totally fucking avoid because they rip you a new asshole and are a cunt to shoot when they get close and go nuts.

Btw I'm with Fin. Even on the 360 the art direction and careful use of lighting effects and shadows means even with shitty blurry low res 360 shittyness, it's fucking epic looking.

Post some decent screens of the dead city m8.

I've got these, but they're all on low graphics settings, on Very High the frames went into single figures, was unplayable
