BF2S Forums I feel frivolous lawsuits coming on. Bad Walmart announcement

I can't wait for the day when someone finally sues another individual regarding a frivolous lawsuit, claiming irreparable psychological damage to their faith in humanity for their actions. 

I'm being completely serious here, and you know what...when it happens, I'm going to support them 100%, because I'm pretty much at the point where I could legitimately claim to be that guy who's suffered that same irreparable damage.

And if it's already happened, someone post a link, because I could use a laugh right now...

Personally I'd be very happy if we could choose exactly what we want to pay for with our taxes, but we can't so suck it up. You DID make the connection to welfare if you include welfare recipients amongst the 'entitled', which you do. Do you have any idea what you're saying anymore?

Really? So when walmart loses to bullshit lawsuits, they just eat it huh? THey do not pass the losses on to the customers do they? I suppose when an insurance company gets defrauded, they just eat it as well huh?

Sorry, when so much of my money is taken away, and then the govtr. comes back for more because more people need my money, I do take it personal. Financing everyone elses problems is not what tax money is supposed tobe used for. We call such things charity and it is none of govts. business.

so what's your tax percentage? how does the govt 'come back for more' exactly? You also pay taxes so that one day if you DO lsoe your job then you'll also be able to get benefits. Tax money ALWAYS goes towards paying for stuff that you as individual don't use. I'm not saying everyone claiming benefits deserves it but you're just totally making blanket statements about large numbers of people, which is crap.

I pay unemployment insurance for when I lose my job NOT TAXES. Ask your parents all about it.

If an employee did it, fire them.
If a customer did it, then fix your system so it's not so easy to do.
Either way, Walmart doesn't owe anyone money, gift cards or free shit.

What sucks, is people with nothing sue people with something. If the broke ass loses, the one with money will never get anything out of them for their costs, time and damages.

They do need to fire the person if they were an employee.
