I am a business person, and am always aware of liability. I have no fear about anything I have ever typed anywhere.
I person can say " the president should be assassinated by somebody ", and have no real concern. But if, for example for the sake of this discussion, somebody said " I am going to kill the president " in any manner that implied intent then he should be worried.
In fact, assassinating the president would do more harm than good. We have a system here in America wherein the people elect leaders who are free to do a bad job or a good one. If he does a bad job, he will not be re-elected.
Look at it this way, if President Kennedy had not been assassinated he may well have got the U.S. back on a asset backed currency. That was his plan and the reason he signed Executive Order 11110.
Funny how those who accuse me of being paranoid never have anything to say about that standing executive order.
So any fool who was stupid enough to try and assassinate the president, or plot it, or obsess about it gets whatever they deserve when the humorless men in dark suits come knocking.
