Trying to get my MG3 gold star. Man that gun is pure shit. It takes at least 20 bullets to drop someone and oh beware he is farther away than "standing on your toes close".

Nah dude, MG3 is pretty sweet. Yes, it does eat up a lot of ammo. But put on the heavy barrel (fuck magnum bullets) and just go Rambo. You can headshot pretty easily with it.
I dunno, it seems totally random to me. I tried with magnum and heavy barrel. Sometimes people drop in one burst, sometimes that burst couldn´t hit a fucking bus.
Magnum made the race for me so far, because its the only way I stood a chance up close. In knife fight distance I always dropped dead first, especially against other medics

Yay, just had a round that started off great and went completely downhill. Racked in 10+ AT4 kills off the bat because their tank driver is stupid. Then some dumbass on our team kept throwing C4 on the MCOMs and blowing them up, meanwhile there's a hacker on the other team instantly headshotting people with a mounted machinegun 500 miles away.
I've hit rank 30, and I'm already feeling "meh" about this game...I guess its natural to burnout, but BF2 kept me wanting more for well over a year before I stopped playing so much.
There are too many servers that run shitty, I feel like I've played every rush map a billion times, and I see at least 1 certifiable hacker per night. I think it's time for a few days off. Hopefully another patch is coming relatively soon.

I'm currently whoring up the m60 before it gets nerfed massively. Once i get the platinum immah move on to normal guns.

Use it on Hard Core, its very effective with its high rate of fire. I dont personally enjoy HC but squad rush and squad deathmatch are better on HC. Try that, thats how I got most of my SMG stars.Sisco10 wrote:

weapons are really badly balanced atm
lmgs need to be toned the fuck down, with weapons being insanely accurate its stupid to have weapon that can fire 200 times be4 needing to reload, especially when they kill with like 3 shots and if u want u can mount some scopes on it and play sniper..
and m60.. u can be successful by just standing still and spraying at someone disregarding how far he is, ive had people with m60 who just stand in open when im shooting at them from behind cover and somehow they manage to hurt me pretty bad sometimes

I'm really fucking sick and tired of seeing 2/3 of the people on any given map running around as medic wielding the M60. The gun needs to see the nerf bat if for no other reason than uplifting variety in the game. GD I hate that gun.

Been playing HC Sqdm recently too, got gold stars on most Smg's, love running around with a red dot sniper too aswell haha, CQ sniping is so much fun.
