I play for Penarth, we have a Ladies team but they are all Lezzo's and dont mix with the mens section. Eventually I want mixed hockey with Molls one day so will have to merge the two clubs. Im their first proper coach, I been doing it since I was about 12 but still learning. My biggest hurdle in having the guts to pipe up and tell them 'they are doing it wrong'.
