I can't use the computer with the room lights on, if someone turns it on i get mad...its weird.

I do the same thing for the tv, can't have the lights on.
i have a light pointed at the wall behind my monitor, and i keep my overhead lights off. the background light keeps the monitor easy on the eyes
I have 6 400W light bulbs I keep on at all times in my room.
Total darkness. Its annoying otherwise...

You're going to fuck your eyes up. I used to have exceptionally good vision. I've just had to buy some glasses because I was finding it hard to tell the difference between HD films and DVDs at normal viewing distance (10-15ft). Other stuff I can see fine - but my years of watching films on projectors in darkened rooms has taken its toll.

I have an light behind me pointed behind my stereo, which creates a nice ambient light.
I never use my ceiling light unless I'm looking for something in my room.

I have my Ambient Sex Light, which provides a pleasant warm glow about the room without being too bright.
Darkness is your friend. It doesn't matter if they are fat or ugly, you can even imagine you're doing it with Queen Latifah.

If the lights are on, I'll not be bothered to turn them off, but I don't need them on, like my roommates have which pisses me off whenever I'm trying to go to sleep.
