Show me proof. You've never run a small business so show me proof.

And the unions own the government. Look at our own state. The teachers union owns Albany.

I do run a SMALL bus., I do have employees. I do provide 100% of their ins. I have seen the rise in ins. cut into my profits. My small businuss has been affected over the years.
And unions own nothing. If they did, they would be the electorate. They might have influance, but so do you!!

And you charge what? $500 an hour for your services? Cry me a river over your $900 a month insurance bill. Move to a different state with less poor people milking the system. All the smart people are fleeing this shithole state as quickly as they can. I'll be in New Hampshire as soon as I graduate.

900 a month is MINE, not theirs. I doe quit a bit of pr-bono. I have never charged more then 250/hr, out of that I pay close to 80/hr to my 2 employees. I also pay for the priveladge to do my job. I also work 80/hrs weak, and can only bill maybe 30-40. Not even talking about my loans I am still paying on almost a decade later. Then you got the fact I have to maintain an office, advertise, travel, I could keep going. I am far from poor, but I am hardly rich.
Yet I can still see the value of a healthy workforce.

I see the value of a healthy workforce too. I also don't see anyone bitching about the cost of health insurance except people that want to socialize it. If the small businesses grouped together and put pressure on the health care industry they could lower prices. But they haven't so it's obviously not too burdensome on them.

You're not going to get your way. Health care will never be socialized in the United States of America. Move to Canada or Massachusetts if it's that much of an issue for you.

I don't want it to be socialized. I just dont like being made to pay for those that can afford yet choose not to carry it. Simple as that really.
It is killing small bus., and if you can't see that then you are not looking. How many jobs has the US lost in the past 10 yrs? But good luck affording insurance in 5 years, I think I will be allright. You might wanna start saving now for that aspirin they give you.BTW 900 a month  is cheep for proper ins.. Cobra costs 600/mnth and it is subsidized. My plan usually runs at 1200/mnth for a family of four. I get this rate because I allowed them to cover my employees.

You've said multiple times you want the insurance industry nationalized and a single payer system. That is Socialism.

Lowing should like bottled water, because public tap water is "socialized."

Oh, and he's white.

My girlfriend got me the book version of that site too.  It's pretty good.

Meh, lowing is the 'wrong kind of white person'.
