So this is gonna get confusing now. Do we go back to the original stick, or do we go with the new one, or both? I say we stick with the old one and just send the russian guy's stick to the end recipient of the old one's travels and just transfer them there. As in the whoever Shater sent it to (if he has) just keeps it until the old is being sent to its final destination then send it to that person as well for a well done finish.
