replace bacon with turkey bacon, only eat the egg whites, and if the cup of milk is soy that's perfectly healthy.

thats what most people dont realize, that if they have to diet they cant eat good food anymore. sure you can.

ever since i started my diet 1 month and a half ago, i havent drank anything but water, protein shakes, and have not been to any fastfood or had any junk food. and it feels good

So I was driving down the 91 East from the 55 North in my beat-up old Buick and took the first exit because I saw a Del Taco nearby. It was also in the same shopping center as a Circle K gas station and a Subway sandwich place. I glanced at the people filling up their cars; the people were all tan-skinned and blond-haired, the typical Californian. I pulled through the drive-thru and noticed the fellow Californian in front of me was listening to the same radio station I was, KROQ, a local rock station. They were playing Smashing Pumpkins, a distinctly American band. I ordered the number 10 combo, which consists of a shredded beef burrito, fries, and a drink. It's probably gonna give me a massive shit later, but good thing I have Charmin ultra-thick toilet paper and some Bounty paper towels in case things get messy.

The thing is, I hate soy milk. That is no fat milk tho, and I dare to say it is pretty healthy with added calcium and vitamin D.

Nor do I need diets of any sort, I eat what I want and haven't had any weight problems.

No, what you don't realise is that he's probably not trying to become a body builder or anything. So there's no need to go on some egg white soy milk jive turkey diet.

If he's just losing weight he's fine eating something like that in moderation coupled with good exercise.
