Going to play badminton for my dad because he's ditching his mates he usually plays it with for some other mates, and felt so bad that he didn't want them to have to cancel. So offered that I would play instead. Not only did he just take up my evening that may have been taken by other, better stuff. He then expected me to to pay for myself to go.
Ontop of that you probably suck at badminton and they would have been better off just not having you at all
