Quite a neat fictional dispute based on what happened in the Falklands (from what I gathered). For those of you interested in law, international politics, etc I thought it might be quite fun to hear your input on how the conflict should be resolved, and whether you would argue your case in favour of the applicant or respondent. I'll be mooting in favour of 'Rydal' for the final Jessup moot which is held in the Grey's Inn Chambers, London and this is the compromis that 500-600 university teams worldwide will be discussing so if you're curious at all then have a crack!
