k Actual worst city would have to be either Tillamook, Oregon or Troutdale, Oregon.
Tillamook is getting 90 mph winds right now. It's a small town along HWY 101. Every year 101 floods along with the countless stores on either side.
Troutdale gets terrible winds consistently. Aunt and Uncle had their fence blown down numerous times. Plus it gets shitty ice storms.

A fairly typical news item from Adelaide, seems to happen every couple of weeks.

Police, ambulance and fire crews rushed to the Cockshell St house after a chemical explosion about 6.20pm.
The fire has been extinguished and damage to the house is not significant.
A male at the premises at the time has been taken to hospital with injuries he sustained while attempting to flee the explosion.
Police are investigating whether the chemical that prompted the explosion is one used to make illegal drugs.
