I have a home gym precisely because it's more motivating. I paid good money for the equipment and it would be a real shame to let it go to waste and just sit there. I also don't need to travel any further than under my house, so I really have no excuse.

In the past I had a gym membership but stopped after 6 weeks due to a minor injury. I also took up smoking again and went on a bender with a friend who visited from interstate. After that I found it hard to motivate myself, but I was a different person back then.

Dunno. I like working out where I can choose my own music and be by myself.

Meh workout today.

Attempted 105kg x 5 squat on my final set, but only got to three. My form was really off today, so yeah..
Did 75kg x 5 BP after that for my final set. Did some more DB presses to show a friend the technique after my routine. Was surprised to still get 32's in on each arm for 6 reps..

lolwut. DB presses with 32kg DBs? I can only manage incline 4x10 with 20kg DBs

So I go the gym 3x a week now.

I do a medium/high intensity jog for about 20 minutes + 5 minutes of walking to regain myself

Then I do Abs/Arms/Chest/Back for the next 60 - 70 minutes. Am I doing it right?

Yeah, I'm not that strong on the BB BP, but on the DB BP I can go pretty hard, and I still had much room for improvement today Doing BB on my strength program now though, but when I go back to training for mass, I will drop BB Bp for sure

Yeah, but won't be going much higher than that soon, really. It depends on how my shoulder feels. Then again, I don't really like the Barbell BP for chest anyway, prefer dumbbells over it But it's better for strength, I guess.

When did you start stalling on squats? I'm doing 79kg tomorrow, same for DL. Getting hard but I think I can still manage 5x5.

I did 65kg BP today, was only 1 set of 5 and i sort of failed on the last rep. But completing 1 rep makes it count in my book. So that 1.5xBW squat and BW BP down, 2x BW DL to go.

Just been busy, I'm at work but nearly done... anyway, it looks good to me. Just make sure the rack is tall enough for you to do squats. Mine is only barely tall enough, and I'm 5'10". If I were your height it would be too short - you're about 6', yeah?

I have no idea. Mine is a bit different. When the bar sits on the highest I can get the hooks to it sits about level with my armpit. Maybe just email or call to find the height of the highest hooks and then measure it - if it comes up to your armpit, you'll manage. Better if it comes up to your shoulder.

Actually, mine is more about nipple height, so if it comes up to your armpits you'll be fine.
