I would pull out of Vietnam Afghanistan and Iraq, keep SF in there to train the governments' military.
Stop this healthcare thing
Lower taxes (And turn the dumb government programs toward infrastructure, public transportation and keeping the military funded.
Deploy a division of the Army to the Southern Border to snatch drug dealers.
Get informed on the situation with Iran and possibly take out the nuclear plant(s) (If needed) with a B2 bomber so nobody knew what hit them.
Being so young I'm not too sure that plan is fool proof but that's how I'd go.
