It looks like this is the US Army base, not the surrounding town. My condolences to the families and victims, and I hope the guy fries.

CNN's saying they arrested two others, all soldiers.

Definitely sounds like a case of someone (or multiple someones) going crazy and unfortunately hurting others instead of seeking help. Hope they have fun in Leavenworth.
