- Wake Island glitch/explot getting more popular..
Has the Glitch been posted here yet? Because I know how to do it even tho I never have because I don't wanna go poking around with my sensativitys but this is how she goes down.
You can get into almost ANY build in the game, all you need is an Armor...Myaw, you with me?
Turn your Mouse Sensativity in game all the way up...dunno if its specific ones you can edit...if theres one for Armor then thats the one... Park so the side of the vehicle you exit is against the wall. Move the mouse really fast spinning the Turrent crazylike from 3rd person view, Hop out and you may or may not enter through the wall on foot .
never tried it, only heard it from a Friend who tested the Theory Offline. Please don't go attempting this on Ranked Servers or Online at all for that matter... you didn't hear it from me, lol. And I don't do it, ever, so don't go trying to get people tracking my behavior in game. Ya Basterds I know what you do in your spare time.
And for thoes that do attempt to do this between now and the Patch, I hope ya get your account pwned. And Sorry to thoes who have to play with that Garbage.

Ok, I apologize for my outburst... sincerely... however.. Im tired of hearing how hard it is toAD_Kensan wrote:
You are mixing things up. I tell you this because you are assuming EA did not put enough effort into this game so you put it down and call it crappy work which it simply is not. So I never said you need knowledge about coding or anything to play the game.Linus wrote:
hey dude,
I could care less what it takes to code a game.... besides, I dont recall the box
saying 'You must have knowledge in coding to play this game'.. so get off your high horse
and quit telling me how hard it is to code.... you know what buddy... you know why the game
costs MONEY? Its because we are paying the people who made it for their code... not the other
way around, moron.I simply do not believe you because if you had played an RPG called Sacred by Ascaron you would know what a real crappy release would look like. This game has been out for months and months now, PLENTY of time for them to have released
patches to fix these things.. I have never seen such an unsupported game, and I have played
nearly them all..I only asked you to be a little more respectful with EA I never said anything about fixing those bugs yourself. Alas this game is not open source otherwise we all could work on itI dont take my car to a butcher when its out of alignment.. therefore, when this game has problems,.
bugs, etc that affect gameplay, the people who I PAID should fix it, not me.Well I will simply ignore this insult since I am about to graduate from university...Heres a tip for you.... when you get old enough and get into high school, DONT JOIN THE DEBATE TEAM. YOU WILL GET EMBARASSED.Do you have a source for this or are you telling something you might have read in some forum?oh, and btw, this game is badly coded... even the DICE team said so in so many words back in October..
saying that so many differant teams worked on the project, they lost handle on the code, and therefore
their ability to fix and tweak became diminished. Their whole operation is one big cluster-f***.
Now, I never intended to offend you I merely suggested you pay some respect to EA for what they have done and I don't believe that that would classify me as "being on a high horse". People are very quick to jump the "Bash-the-money-sucking-corporation" bandwagon and to some extent I certainly agree but I believe EA is doing a good job on maintaining this game.
code... I was writing software back in the 80s and early 90s.. and I can tell you without a doubt
if I had ever written code that had flaws like this in my line of work, I would have been fired, and
the checks would have been cancelled before I could have cashed them..
Battlefield 2 is a good game... Its a potential 10 out of 10...however, as is, with all these little bugs,
flaws, and EA'DICE's control freak mentality it rates only an 8/10 in my book..
i guess the reason why I am so vocal about it, is just that reason.. it could be the greatest war sim fps
ever released, but Im afraid that this will never be the case due to the mere fact of who is publishing
it.. Good code alone does not make a good game... what makes a good game is attention to detail,
support, and yes code.. This is my opinion of course, but I think its safe to say that when we have
a bunch of cry babies whining to EA about stopping the "Bunny Hopping" (ITS CALLED JUMPING YOU
NOOBS - I HAVE NO TROUBLE SHOOTING SOMEONE JUMPING AROUND..) but at the same time. we
have tank shells that dont take down choppers, but rather they smoke a little and fly off, thats an
obvious oversight.
Hell, I dont expect 100% reality.. but common sense SHOULD go into a game makers code..and when
EA caters to some cry babies, but doesnt address the real issues, its sad..
again, my apologies to you for my outburst, I mean no disrespect.. your opinion is welcome here
just as mine..

A lot has changed since the late '80s. I am not talking about the shift to object-oriented programming etc but just the fact that, unfortunately, nowadays management and PR people have more to say than the people who do the actual work... I bet many mistakes happen because of the release date rushes etc.however.. Im tired of hearing how hard it is to code... I totally agree. I was shocked to see so many people get their stats reset. Also when I read the "Rules of Engagement" I was a bit surprised. I mean you rent a server from EA and you would think you would have more rights especially considering the high prices... well I guess EA has to earn money at some point but it seems a little bit over the top to me.Battlefield 2 is a good game... Well it's because we all love this game so much we get emotional about it. This is the place to talk about it and I think that's the great thing about this site and the BF2s community.
theres somethng thats making it easier in that building on wake next to the airstrip flag, i caught 3 diffrent guys inside it on 3 diffrent 24/7 wake servers. these glitching loosers make me so sick.
you my friend are welcome to battle me in the field of opinion any day..AD_Kensan wrote:

Its great to have finally found a forum where reason and maturity prevail.. rather than
some of the other boards I have been on where you get warned or kicked for even the slightest
negative comment about EA..
