So Skullcandy . has this policy where you can send in "what remains of your product" for a 50% off discount "off any item" in their online store. I saw I only had 30 days but was like "meh." So I had registered previously to that but I think I had to confirm my email to buy or something like that. "Invalid coupon code."
So I removed the other item and just tried the headphones. Same thing. At this point I'm ticked and email them asking why my coupon is "invalid". to which the website displays the message somewhere along the lines that they'll get back to me shortly. Still no email from them. I decide to go on their website and log in. So apparently I get the wrong password. Nope. I try retrieving my password and it says my email isn't found in their records. Awesome. Alright so I figure maybe it had to do with their recent website revamp. I remake my account.

Luckily, my headphones qualified for complete replacement, and I'm actually getting them in the mail sometime next week, but yeah, that's the thing about skullcandy, the sound's really nice(afaic), but they do tend to break a few too many times.

I think I'll be receiving my 5th, 6th, and 7th pairs of headphones from them. (I let all the broken ones pile up before I get them all RMA'd.)
