Well, I had my short cut over a year ago. If I just let it grow since then, it would be down to my shoulders. So I've had plenty of haircuts for when I had longer hair. I specifically asked them to layer it and they did, but it didn't make much of a difference. Is it because everytime I get a hair cut I just ask for a trim instead of a specific hair style, which keeps it at a bowlish cut?Uzique wrote:

Just ask for a 4 or 5 on top and slightly shorter on the sides. Tapered at the back if you don't want your neck looking shaggy.

tbh, I don't remember how the numbering system for shavers works. I only get a haircut about once every 3-4 months. I get 3 on top and 2 on the sides.
