A higher res screen is always worth it. A good screen is the most important part of a PC IMO. It's the thing you spend all your time looking at.PrivateVendetta wrote:

Try ultrasurf. I would say to use hidemyass.com but I don't think it plays youtube videos. Just an idea, they might not work...mr.hrundi wrote:
In Germany a governmental (lol, mental...) institution is blocking youtube videos that (according to them) violate the artists' rights. Which means some music videos aren't available. That doesn't really matter when I'm searching for a special song, because the userbase here is big enough that every removed video is uploaded again in a matter of seconds.
It's getting annoying though when I'm trying to watch embedded videos. All I get to see more and more is "this video is not available in your country".
Question is: would it be possible to use a proxy so that youtube (and only youtube) thinks I'm from the US or whereever?

After using a lot Open Office lately I now truly know how much I love MS Offices. Simply put, Open Office can suck donkey balls with its endless list of bugs... Its nice for free utility, but if they start taking Office away I am going to barricades.

Hell yeah. 1920x1080 is so worth it. Plus LED in my case. My wife has a 1366 x 768 15.6, and it irritates me to no end having to scroll.PrivateVendetta wrote:

Don't say that! My G450 is almost as fast as a Geforce 2 when it comes to Direct3D 7!burnzz wrote:

i also like how Matrox was out front with multi display - we still have a triple head-2-go at work somewhere . . .Freezer7Pro wrote:
