Love my new laptop. Formatted and got rid of all that dell shitware and it runs like a dream

I've only installed CSS and COD4 on it so far, but it plays both very well (good enough for when I get bored in the uni library)

what the actual fucking fuck. I have a toshiba laptop in front of me, brand new, i'm getting rid of all the crap and installing some stuff onto it for a friend. I can't open Task Manager AT ALL.

ctrl+alt+del doesn't work
ctrl+shift+esc doesn't work
windows button+r "taskman.exe" doesn't work.

WTF

in sys32, double click taskman "Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator"

and you can view tasks in an [administrator privileged] cmd window
