If so: Enjoy your lag

uh... what. What that means is someone is buying my computer, and I wont be playing pc games again, unless something huge changes in my life.
Its for clipping a fan onto another, bigger, fan.Freezer7Pro wrote:

Fuck Israel
Thx for that. Although I don't know if it is worth the trouble right now. I discovered my monitor only has a DVI and VGA port, don't really know if I want to spend that much to make it work. I'll think about it.Tdog2007 wrote:

you will have to convert the video format one way or the other, regardless of what device you're using.Kimmmmmmmmmmmm wrote:

Is there any way to move the 'Other bookmarks' menu to the other side of the window in Google Chrome? It's so far out of reach and all by itself over there

$200 for a used 3rd gen iPod Touch 32GB shipped, yes/no?
I'm not sure the 4th Gen has that much to offer for my music/video uses and possible occasional internet use out and about to justify the cost for me.

I could live with something like the 16GB ZuneHD, but would like the extra storage offered by the Touch at the similar price point. My 4GB Nano 3rd gen just isn't really cutting it at this point.
Great deal, just as long as its in a good condition.nickb64 wrote:

Someone in my building has set up an unsecured wireless network called "Free Public WiFi"
I like where this is going.

I ran a network like that once. It's just too easy to get other peoples logins and sensitive info.
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
I finally got off my ass and have started transfering my dvd collection to my media server. Could anyone recommend the optimum video, audio, resolution settings for dvd media? What is the best format/codecs to use? Storage is not an issue. I has 6TB+. But I have no desire to select the highest settings if they won't give any advantages.
about NVIDIA's future plans:
rumor: Possible two different GPU branches, one strictly for HPC and one for gaming. There is no need for computing related shit on gaming GPUs, chip designs will be dediated for either or, not both from now on. Meaning there would be two flagship GPUs in future, one for Quadro and one for Geforce.
facts:
Fermi 40nm -> Kepler 28nm (2011) -> Maxwell (2013)
3x Performance/W 15x Performance/W (compared to Fermi)
Keywords: Performance per watt.
GF104 first in this new thinking way.
Thats about it for tonight. They did show some extremely impressive shit too but no screens of those, more CUDA related really.
Oh and Max, they remembered you in the code names...

Just rip with DVD Shrink and no compression? If you're not worried about storage, that is. Should be pretty quick, too, since there's no re-encoding and whatnot. It will be a .vob file though. But you can rename it to .avi and I've had it work fine.Ilocano wrote:
