Ok random question.
Is the HD 5870 worth the extra money over the GTX 470? (theres about a $100 price difference here in aus)

Anyone know what the differences between those two and the two in the chart below are? They're different product numbers but I have no idea how to read them. Also, the ones above are significantly cheaper...

It was 7% fragmented, so I'll see what defrag does.Bevo wrote:

Maybe you should defrag the drive?
AutoPlay or some matter of Auto-import setting? Does it try to scan the drive before giving you access to it?TravisC555 wrote:

I stated before the card in the pic ends in -AR which is EVGA's code for lifetime warranty, the other card probably has a 2 year max warranty.Winston_Churchill wrote:

No doesn't scan. I think it must be the os. It was recognized instantly with Windows XP.Ilocano wrote:

Hmm, 11inch "netbooks" aren't that bad...Jenspm wrote:

wtf are you on? My cousin just bought a 15" Dell Studio laptop and she gets 6-7 hours of battery WATCHING MOVIES. She easily gets 10 hours normally.FloppY_ wrote:

But in that case you will need a 13" laptop... and you wont get much better than 4 hours of battery...
