Have you ever had problems with a PC refusing to recognize a USB keyboard until it's actually booted? Happened when I tried reformatting my friend's PC a week ago. Couldn't get into the BIOS and change the boot order to CD 1st. It's a fairly recent motherboard as well (~3 or 4 months old).burnzz wrote:

Socket 775 with PS/2 Master Race reporting in

I can see some OEM computers, especially laptops, not having PS/2, but most DIY machines still have it.burnzz wrote:

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

In my BIOS, the setting to enable it is "USB Keyboard Support".ebug9 wrote:

Q9550 is very similar with an i5 750 for performance, of course the i5 beats it, but not by a lot. Not worth upgrading your motherboard/ram/cpu if you already have an S775 mobo. You don't need much more power than that for average use. I don't see myself upgrading from this Q9300 for a good while, especially since I just spent £110 on a motherboard for it not too long agoGC_PaNzerFIN wrote:
