Krazed.
There IS a ban on ALL replica guns in Canada.
There have been LOTS of questions, in the Courts, about airsoft and even paintball markers.
Remember, I had a visit from the ETF for cleaning a paintball marker (WPG type) in my back yard.

i know they get here, because i have one!
alsoand just because an asshole called them on you doesn't make it illegal... my neighbour did that to me because i walked to my shed with a rifle STOCK.... yes just the wooden stock. am i now to believe, based on that experience, that my rifle stock is a prohibited device?poorly written garbage wrote:
Most replicas cannot discharge

Other devices, including some air guns, starter pistols and model guns, are much harder to classify.
Although they may not be firearms for purposes of licensing and registration, they are not necessarily
replicas either.
As for your stock.........
the general public sees a stock and don't know to look for anything else...they just see a gun.
See a gun.....call the cops... dangerous..... man with a GUN on MY street!!!! come and make him go away!!!!
The anti-gun lobby here has done a good job on the public... if it looks like a gun, bust 'em.
It's nuts and I don't agree with it.
