He shouldn't have been executed in the first place, it's like torture. Now he has the additional torture of thinking he's going to die and not. Hell let the guy go and slap an ankle bracelet on him.

I love how he has to suffer with the anticipation of his fate. They should use it for every rapist/murderer/child molester
Cheap, reuseable, fast, virtually painless, pretty failsafe, and can be used as a crowd pleaser.
Honestly, I don't see why the electric chair or lethal injections are considered more humane then other means such as the guilotine, hanging or firing squad. Practically all of those examples kill quicker than the modern supposedly humane means.

We, as man kind spent DECADES to perfect the most efficient way to kill a man. We spent billions of dollars on R&D and QC and we've come up with the GUN and bullet. Why not used this tried and tested tool to KILL PEOPLE!!!
