I don't like metal music at all. It's so boring and repetitive and headache-inducing. That being said, I love Rammstein. Something about them is different, like how the music is actually melodic, I also like the electronic bits bits thrown in there as well. And Lindemann is a great singer; I have absolutely no idea what he's saying, but I can still feel the emotion.

New album is due out shortly. Sometime within the next few months I think.

What9k, what's your favorite album? I love Reise, Reise. Definitely the one I've listened to the most. Up until that point there had only been a few tracks here and there that I liked (although with Mutter I loved nearly all of them). Also, they seemed to have grown and matured a lot for that album, it just sounded deeper, different, and really progressed their style.

You know, I could totally almost make the same argument. Rammstein is a different animal altogether, though.

That being said, I've been to an Eisbrecher show here in Vienna that was in a small club and I've met Noel Pix and Alexx Wesselsky and the show was awesome and so are they. I got to chat with them each for a few minutes (in German, biatch!) and their music is great. Rammstein is also a great band, as was Megaherz when under the leadership of Alexx. I missed the Megaherz show in Vienna that was a month after Eis-Brecher, though. Their new stuff isn't bad, either.

I have a ticket for Rammstein's Vienna show and I cannot wait. I am giddy like a school girl. It's going to be so fucking awesome!!!!!!

I really can't wait for Eis-Brecher to come back through Vienna, though. Alexx said they are looking to try and tour the USA in the near future when I spoke with him, so who knows what will come of that.

Anyone looking for a Rammstein ticket, be sure to be at the ticket box office EARLY. They sold out in Austria in less than 20 minutes from all the different resellers. I was lucky and went straight to the box office and there wasn't a line and got one of the LAST standing spot tickets.
