So, I reached the 100 million credits line a few days back. What to do with it?
I was thinking of buying my first destroyer ()?
Or building more complexes. I´m still wondering where the really big money´s at. Megacomplexes with 30-40 stations?
There´s still the chance for me to get the auctioned sector if I keep my money together
I SETA'd last night, woke up to 140 million.
Good luck with 40 stations, my (I think) 8 station self-sufficient complex brings my FPS to the floor.
I also wrote a little script for the delivery of the required Wares to your HQ ^^

I got my 100mil without SETA´ing over night
I got several big complexes now, consisting of 20 and more stations.
like this one in "Tkr´s Deprivation":
(It´s in german, but you get the idea)
I thought about upgrading it with a Quantum Tubes factory a Rime factory and maybe a Warhead production and there respective food suppliers. Will need to pull some silicon mines together though
FPS are okay still, depends on the system. My Spacefuelcomplex in Seizewell, consisting of around 8 stations, lags more due to the high traffic in that system.
You haxxor are really into that game, he?
The script looks nice, but I got no trouble getting all the wares for any ship. I´m producing them myself in systems nearby, hehe. The only difficulty I got was getting Rastar Oil and Teladianium, so I put respective factories in my HQ sector. I hired 2 Commercial Agents to get all the goods and now my HQ has all it needs

@Hooch: Yeah, the story was indeed rather meh. Anyways, to get your HQ up, you´ll need at least 30mill for an Argon Trade Station. Get around 20 UT´s, and build complexes.
As for the Khaak destroyers, it´s pretty much impossible to kill them easy with just an M3. Matter of fact, it´s tough even with a M2. You could spam Hammerhead missiles, but they can´t be bought anywhere, only dropped by pirates, so good luck in finding them.
What you could do instead though are
Xenon Invasions. They are (in the beginning at least) easily managable with an M3 and bring you a good amount of credits in short time.
