BF2S Forums How did you meet your girlfriend/wife/significant other?

Biology, 10th grade. My friend and I sat in the far back, her friend (who I was friends with) introduced me to her. They both sat in front of us for the whole year.

We didn't start actually dating until March of this year though.

I do have an "exotic record" though. E.g. last year, after having entered Russia with false papers and making my way to the Caucasian border I met this girl from the Ural. She spoke no French, German or English at all; "yes" or "no" were accomplishments. I got her adress and everything, but needless to say it is quite doomed thanks to a few thousand kilometers, some nasty borders and also quite a linguistical barrier. At the time I was wondering if the VDV was on weekend leave,.. two weeks later Georgia got steamrolled.

She came here as an exchange student and I seen her once, but never talked to her just taught she was damn hot. I then seen her a year later in a pub still didn't say nothing...

About 1 year later I seen her on bebo, I said hello asked if I could add her on msn she said yes, we talked for months... she was coming to Ireland for a holiday and I convinced her to meet me, we hit it off really well. I got my crappy job I have now just to pay my way over to Germany to see her and it's been back and forth ever since.

We'll be going 2 years on October 26. I'm a lucky man

I was looking lost in the baby aisle in Tesco's, I couldn't figure out which type of Huggies I should be buying for the kid, then this lovely 30-somthing blonde came round the corner, saw my despair, and helped me. She gave me her number in case I needed any help in the future, little did she know I eventually figured it out.

I gave her a call, we went out for dinner, and here we are, 5 months on.

I met her when we went to China for a student ambassador trip, we started talking a bit more when we were in a homestay village in china, then we basically got together the night at shanghai at the pudong river where you can see all the skyscrapers and such, and we been together since then, we both live in California only about 20-30 minutes apart so its all good

Hmmm hmmm,.. just keep it honourable. Don't date her when they're not exes yet and do tell him you are seeing her. Other than that exes have no rights, they are exes after all. If my GF broke up with me (for the record, I don't have one currently) and I still cared for her, I'd rather have her be with a guy I can get along with and know is a good guy (he wouldn't be a friend if he wasn't) rather than some random douchebag.
