You're not getting the conept i think

You have to blur things equally with distance..

So things that are close to the camera, dont blur... and then gradually blur the things that are further away...

Plus bluring only looks decent when you're working with closups imo..

you are right, technically - the concept i'm trying to get is 'minaturaztion' through a lense blur in PS. depth of field is something i struggle with.
i have only one working eye. anyways, through an aerial view you can re-create the effect of a tilt-swivel lense in PS. in PS 7, it was called Gaussian blur i think.

and miniaturized to look like a model train...(its huge even with the gal tags...
