No. I think I'll keep my .45 pistol, my .223 rifle, and yes, I would like to own a pump-action shotgun!

Isn't it nice that Australia doesn't trust its citizens with arms for self-defense.  Do your police teleport themselves instantly to the scene of a crime, or did your government screw you out of a reasonable chance to defend yourself?
Got my 9mm, my ak-47, and my pump action. (Remington 870 Express Magnum 18 in barrel, love it). My sons have their Ruger 10/22's, and TBH, they are the most fun.
and yes, any govt. that takes the guns away from its citizens has an agenda that is not in the best interests of those citizens.

In Australia we don't believe that you need a gun for self defence.
Based on things like this, I believe that a gun is one of the better self-defense tools.

10/22s are very fun and cheap.
I need a .22 conversion kit for my 1911, before I go broke on .45ACP.

Well, as long as you can easily turn it back into a 1911.

I would hate to think that a robber in your home would only get shot by a .22.

I wouldn't want any chance of him surviving so he could conjure up a liberal ACLU lawyer and file a law suit against you for violating his civil right to make life fair for him by stealing your shit.
