Considering how many people have children they can't possibly afford to provide for do you think the government should subsidize condoms, abortions, morning after pills, and other forms of birth control? I think so.

Condoms, sure. They're inexpensive and save many lives. Birth control and abortions are matters of choice, and I can't really see why the government should subsidise that, unless there are sound medical reasons.
Obama gets his way it will be law.
Contraceptives: maybe (sure)
Abortions: Hell NO!
Abortions: Hell NO!
Contraceptives, hell yes.
Abortion... well, it's a bit too controversial for public funding other than maybe the most dire circumstances (like when the mother has a really high chance of dying from childbirth).

OT: No.

Based on the fact a recent bill (I think the stimulus package) included a few million for birth control awareness & gadgets, I think they already are unfortunately.
Yeah, I saw that since I take the Trib. While I know the idea was humor, there is far too much truth to that. When they start talking about how to fund the schools any mention of anything resembling a head tax sends the conservatives into a frothing frenzy.burnzz wrote:
