Many of them deal with classified information while they are traveling. They work while in transit instead of just watching in-flight movies.

I'm not saying everyone who uses those jets should be allowed to, but many who do do so for good reason.

There is currently no one who is "suffering or not able to get care" who would be treated any more effectively with a national health care system.  Hospitals legally have to treat anyone for any serious or semi-serious condition, even if they cannot pay.  Nationalizing health is a horrible idea, no matter how you look at it.
