Bench was always where I stood out. Squats/legs .. not so much.
I entered a contest years ago sponsored by EA/Bill Phillips. It was a "transformation" contest. I used to be quite serious about the gym. Nowadays I'm just focused on cardio. I herniated a disc in me back .

Ouch.. did you do power lifting comps? Some of those guys push some SERIOUS weight for their size. Im fortunate to have a stocky frame so my legs have been developing well too, I'm starting to get vascurlarity down my quadriceps.Kmarion wrote:
