Inanimate objects making noise when I'm trying to go to sleep

I keep hearing my keyboard move and my mouse as well when I'm trying to sleep and I don't know what the fuck it is.

Do I have a ghost or is this just natural inanimate object noise like cracking or whatever.

Like I can hear my mouse drop and stuff.

I'm SOOOOOO tired

I'd rather not be able to legitimately prove to myself that it happens. I'd rather think I'm imagining it.

There's nothing worse than something like this that you can't stop under any circumstances.

What I hate is when I lie down to sleep at first I don't hear anything, then when I'm used to the quietness I just start hearing a shit load of stuff. Like the cars going by in the distance or my cellphone charger making a weird high pitched sound so I have to unplug that close the window, etc etc...

AFAIK only little children are afraid of ghosts or believe they exist :p

I flipped the keyboard upside down and then put the mouse in the drawer, but then I think I could hear it walk around the room

Even so, it's still a problem

take a second, turn on the lights, think about how absurd what your saying is, understand that its just your mind playing games with you, turn off the lights, go to bed. put on some headphones with music if u have to, you'll fall asleep very quickly.
