That looks really nice and clean actually.
I blow mine out with an air compressor, then spray some Windex (window cleaner) on a rag and wipe it. Then blow it off with the compressor again. If I need liquid below the keys I spray Windex or water out of a spray bottle then blow it off with the compressor right away. Never had a problem plugging it in immediately after cleaning and using it.

Not that it matters now, but using an air compressor would work great drying it out. And it helps in getting all those chunks of potato chips out from under the keys that you love to eat so much. (By you, I mean everybody)
