Steaks never cook great on the barbie cos imo the juices fall out onto the flames and thus taking flavour with them. Do some prawns, ribs, chicken? (micro the chicken for 5 mins 1st) then finish on the bbq so its not like eating old aged muff. Lamb is the bollox on a bbq, full of natural flavour dont maranade it.
