well I thought it was complete shit, got kicked from pb on 2nd game as well, I think it's good if you like 3rd person games not bad at all for a free game but not good for a game in general lol and you have to pay lots of real money just to upgrade your clothes? The way they advertise the battlefunds is annoying as well like its no big deal, I thought the whole game and everything was free lol uninstalled after 10 minutes

yes it is i always check tweakguides for any updeates and they gave a link that is different to the one if you google the bf heroes site

you have to install a plugin then install the game its about 350MB

you might download and play out of curiosity, but trust me, its shit. runs at like a million fps though lol

its a bit too cheesy, when you play you know it will be a kids only game, theres no skill involved, you cant crash planes, takes about an hour to kill an enemy with machine gun and about 4 or 5 hits to kill with sniper rifle (best gun in game, only gun you can use 1st person) the fact that it all seems to revolve around credit cards and advertising new clothes to buy makes it even worse, you can even buy exp points for real money
The graphics arent too bad, nowhere near as good quality as TF2 but neither is the game, if you want a cartoon shooter id stick to TF2, not even the vehicles make heroes worth playing for me, maybe you and others think different though lol
as well as how shit i think the game is, i thought it would at least be an install file you download then play from an .exe, but its browser based and all this plugin crap makes it even more tacky

lol nope, theres even an "extremely low" setting, Im guessing a mobile phone would be able to play it (no joke)

edit- I forgot to mention, 99.9% of the infantry combat revolves around walking into each other (literally), both standing still and holding left mouse button and see who dies first

i heard about the hackers lol you would have thought the biggest game company in the world would have sorted hackers surely, come up with a different solution or something- fortunately i didnt have the game installed long enough to run into hackers, but id imagine it would be even more frustrating than hackers in bf2

I heard theres only 3 maps, and that you have to pay for a private server? I think they tricked everyone, the game is free, but you have to pay (on subscription) to play it in some ways, and to get other stuff, and its rubbish lol what do you think of it then?
When i first heard about it, I thought it would be 1st person, and that everything was free like customizing how you want and everything, and you instaled it like a proper game, but its the complete opposite, it's definately going to fail in my opinion maybe it already has?

Total shit. never playing it again. If I want third person I'll just go play syphon filter.

I think the planes would be beter if they had 1st person view but I suppose they would own the game

I can't complain too much though... It is free.

True about some of the weapons being permanent. But the rifle is, in my opinion, a bit unbalanced compared to the less-accurate and poorer-ranged weapons, most of which take quite a few shots to kill.

If you take it for what it is, a free game, it can be a lot of fun.

My only real complaint is the lack of server kill messages...it can be hard to tell if the guy next to me killed the enemy or they just hid behind something to heal.

We should somehow have bf2s get together on Heroes
