Hey, me too.  I figured it must have been pretty rare, because I've only seen one other person with it, and now I know why.  The best thing that I'm proud about having the expert sniper badges is that I did mine without vehicle-whoring. 

Sadly, I can't say the same for my veteren anti-tank and engineer badges though...
