No it isn't.

That's just you pushing your personal prejudices and intolerances on other people.

I respect him for doing what he did and continuing to do it even after the media hate campaign against him and being shot by these pro-life terrorists. It's an important medical service with demand that needs to be catered to. The fact that it is not a very pleasant business is beside the point.

I don't see him as admirable or disgusting.  He was a doctor.  No more, no less.

Anything beyond that is just subjective.

Most of life is perception, indeed, but logic is more compelling in a debate than emotion.

Well, the serious talk diminishes when people start yelling at each other over political differences.  Clearly, you feel the man was a scumbag despite not doing anything illegal (or at least not having been proven to have done anything illegal).

I just feel that he was a doctor doing his job.

Well again, if you feel that the laws are wrong, why not propose a legal alternative?  Complaining only gets you so far.  It took more than protests to end segregation.

I think you'll find that kind of solution is a quick way to disintegrate society.  Thankfully, very few people take that approach.

Don't you think maybe stating some sort of new regulation would be more productive?

For example, as much as you hate abortions, you haven't mentioned how you would address the root causes of them.  I'm assuming you realize that a ban wouldn't accomplish much, so why not share with us an idea of how you would maybe make it less likely someone would seek out an abortion (legal or otherwise)?

and i dont want a ban on abortion.  i dont care.  it doesnt involve or affect me.  i find it sick that people run it like a factory for money, and dont shed a tear when karma catches up to them.

I'd say the extent of your disgust implies that you do care.

That doesn't make sense. You say it upsets you and you say you don't care.

It's ok to have feelings. We aren't here to judge you big guy.

Takes an extremely hardened person to make their living doing late term abortions.  I hope he repented of his actions before he died.

takes an extremely compassionate person to make their living providing a legal healthcare service in the face murderous zealots.  I hope he was happy and content before he was killed.

We each have our perspective.  If my life ended with a muzzle flash, I'd want to be known for saving lives ... not ending them just before they can even see their mother.
