There are quite a few lawyers that work pro bono on death row cases in order to make sure the juries got it right the first time. There's just not enough of them to go around and sometimes it takes 20 years to get it right.DesertFox- wrote:

The prosecution can even appeal when the guilty are found guilty, but believe the sentence is too light.SEREMAKER wrote:
