I can't even comprehend this fucking bullshit. This fucking scumbag shot the kid 3 times, and is serving no prison sentence. This prosecutor needs to be shot 3 times himself, if not publicly hanged for being a grade A moron. I dont understand whats so damn hard, reverse the god damn ruling and jail this freaking scum! Oh boo hoo you cant be tried twice for the same crime, yea well you also cant bypass a MINIMUM SENTENCE!!!!!!!! Fuck ups all around country, on the house (the gov)

Bullshit tbh the court system is always too nice to minors in hopes they'll straighten out. They won't.

Knew a kid back in high school who got attacked and robbed by another kid. They had it on camera when he knocked the kid out and stole his stuff. They went to court it turns out the kid who did the robbing was already on probation for assault and was at the same time being prosecuted for jumping a whole other kid so badly he had to get a plate in his fucking head. The court thought it would be better to just give him more probation in a plead deal.

Looking at the destructive force of the old civil war and the fact that a revolution would most likely be fought by slippery 'terrorists,' I don't think the US is ready for that kind of pandemonium and economic loss. What would the victors inherit?

This is where I'd have to disagree with you, because in my eyes less people on this earth is a good thing. The government keeps perpetuating their goddamn tendency to introduce laws that, to me, seem inclined to keep people alive longer. This in turn allows them more people paying taxes, and more money in their corrupt pockets. This should not be, we need to have a cap on breeding, no single person should be allowed to have more than a single child, 2 for a couple. Our earth cannot sustain this many human beings with such destructive lives we lead. I think im opening up a whole new can of worms, and shall stop here.

What I'm trying to say is yes, we need a revolution. NOT a civil war, but simply a new gov't system. If it turns into a civil war, so be it, but this current system has got to go. The victors will inherit a clean slate, yes the ability to fuck it up again, but it has gone too far, at least in my eyes. Or I'm just crazy, but I (we) already knew that.

chill dawg it was a joke, its what i see in your name everytime i read it, and it makes me laugh, so i had to type it. pardon me for amusing myself. in fact, plz keep posting so i can stay giggly. im torn, i hate govt controlling everything, but i really do think theres too many people here.
